Our Support Team

The Kidney Kids team is a group of individuals passionate about providing support to children, young people, and their families experiencing the difficulties of kidney disease.  Support needs vary from family to family and our team strives to provide appropriate support where needed.

Although our team is based in Auckland, we travel nation-wide to meet with our kidney kids and their families.

I am new to Kidney Kids NZ but I am thrilled to be a part of a great team of hard-working dedicated people who are supporting families and children with Kidney disorders. I have a family myself and have 2 teenage children. My passion has always been working with people. I worked previously for The Living Kidney Donor Program a Charity based in Sydney and have worked in Aged Care. Both roles were extremely fulfilling. I have only been at Kidney Kids a short time but I was lucky enough to recently visit camp Keewee and meet some of our families and see first-hand the children laughing, smiling, chatting and having a wonderful time meeting new friends and experiencing new activities. I really look forward to meeting and speaking to our families in future and getting to know them.
